In nearly 20 years of sport & entertainment marketing, I have built brand equity, activated global sponsorships, supported charitable relationships, developed advertising campaigns, managed staff on three continents, launched the Asia-Pacific corporate office of a global governing body and started my own business. How did I accomplish all of this? Organization and efficiency have been my greatest strengths.
I have been able to turn those strengths into assets for doing something I love, home organization. They also serve me well as a wife and the mother of two young boys.
In addition to my own organization experience, I am also a member of the National Association of Professional Organizers, have a certificate in Interior Design and Home Styling and am a member of the Business Council of Shorecrest Prep.

When a family move brought her to St. Petersburg four years ago, she gave up her business to focus on rehabbing their historic 1924 “fixer upper” with a mix of styles and colors from various periods. Her love of design and organizing continues as she joins Imagine Home Organization as an Assistant Organizer.
Francesca Alpizar was born and raised in Tampa, Florida. From a young age, she had a passion and instinct for organizing. Organizing is her favorite hobby and joining Imagine has let her put her talents to use in a fun and creative way. Fran has been attending USF, working towards her Bachelors in Business Management. Her favorite part of organizing is putting together a creative space and the most rewarding part of the job is seeing our client’s faces light up when we create order to a space when they didn’t think it was possible.
Vania was born in Peru and raised in Colorado. In 2020, she made the move to Florida to enjoy warmer weather and live close to her husband’s family. Being the oldest in a household of 7, she spent much of her childhood making order out of constant chaos. After finding herself continuously organizing for friends and family for fun, she realized that she should follow her passion and become a Professional Organizer. Decluttering & organizing brings Vania so much joy! In her own home, she takes pleasure in everything having a designated home. Her favorite space to organize is a pantry.
In her down time, she enjoys spending time with her husband & family, dining out and binge watching tv. Outside of organizing, her happy place is on a boat with good music in the background and a drink in hand!
Maddie grew up in Washington, DC as the oldest of four kids living in a house with often more than six people, so she understands the need for an organized system that works for everyone in the household.
She moved to St. Pete to attend Eckerd College, where she graduated in 2012 with a BA in Human Development and double minored in Psychology and Anthropology. She worked with youth her whole life in numerous fields, but recently switched careers during The Great Resignation.
Maddie’s favorite areas to organize are closets, bathrooms, and play rooms. The best part of her day is being able to give Imagine clients some clarity and peace in their home.
Maddie enjoys spending her free time with her husband, dogs, and friends out on the water, having picnics, throwing parties, doing jigsaw puzzles, and crafting. She also loves reorganizing her own home and color-coding her planner.
